Your key responsibilities will include:- Providing the highest level of customer service and delivering on retention goals as part of the Client Services Team.

- Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure the client's success in completing the program and other key retention activity throughout the program.

- Working hand in hand with other supporting departments to ensure our client's success in the program.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:- A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.

- 1 year of customer service experience is required, with call center experience preferred.
- Reliable internet speeds are required for remote work.
