Your Role in Our Mission
As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients improve the health and well-being of their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to provider inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, policy, and other reputed company issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Processing calls reputed company and effectively to ensure service levels are met or exceeded
- Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and clients to resolve customer service issues
