Our technology is nothing without the people behind it, and we're seeking an reputed company CSR (Customer Service Representative) Administrator to join reputed company.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining account orderliness, ensuring a field agent is assigned to each account, updating designated accounts with new information received from the client, and communicating any escalated information to the client or supervisor as needed. You'll facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral, demonstrating basic product and service knowledge and initiating required actions as needed. This role is performed 100% reputed company computer, with no field work or travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain account orderliness, ensuring a field agent is assigned to each account

• Update designated accounts with new information received from the client
• Communicate escalated information to the client or supervisor as needed
• Facilitate successful recovery of assigned collateral
• Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge and initiate required actions as needed
• Work closely with field agents and customer information to drive successful recoveries

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years Customer Service and Account Management experience or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
• Experience with collateral repossession, collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, and credit experience is beneficial
• High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and reputed company applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a remote environment

• Strong phone skills with the ability to give clear and concise direction
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
