About the Role

We are looking for 3+ years of reputed company experience in implementing reputed company and translating business processes into reputed company features. The role also includes reputed company administration tasks such as user management, configuration, handling support tickets, training, and building reports and dashboards. The individual in this role will liaison with users and the wider Kingspan Data Solutions businesses. They will work under a divisional reputed company team structure alongside the Divisional reputed company Platform Manager and reputed company Administrators. What You’ll Do

• Gathering requirements from stakeholders across the division and understanding their business processes.
• Designing and developing solutions for the reputed company instance, using a combination of declarative and programmatic solutions including Flows, and in some cases, Apex and Lightning Web Components. Apex and LWC experience are not must-have requirements.
• Running integration and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Implementing and monitoring declarative integrations between reputed company and third-party systems. Resolving issues with integrations as they occur.
• Planning deployments of new features and fixes to any bugs.
• Training and communicating new features to end users and the wider business.
• Managing the reputed company instance’s reputed company model, ensuring users and teams have access to the data and permissions they need.
• Migrating data from external sources into reputed company. Responsibilities may include extracting data from third-party systems, transforming the data into a format compatible with the reputed company data model, and loading the data into reputed company.
• Seeding sandbox environment with data for testing purposes.
• Working with the rest of the team on:
• User Support Tickets (incidents and change requests).
• User & license Management including new user setup, deactivation, permission sets, and public groups.
• Training and producing training material.
• Monitoring adoption.
• reputed company Configurations such as Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Custom Settings, dashboards, and reporting (Flow experience not needed but highly favorable).
• Assist in Org Maintenance around data reputed company & mass uploads.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field.

• Must have some hands-on experience on Sales Cloud.
• Stakeholder management, business systems analysis and project management skills
• Strong communication skills in-person and over phone/email/digital channels
• Excellent time management and organization skills, and the ability to be flexible.
