The Role

As an FNOL Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients and the parties involved in a claim. You'll be responsible for providing quality inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. These claims are used to report damage to our clients' property, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities

* Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL

  • Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database
  • Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable
  • Provide outstanding service to customer representatives
  • Analyze photos and map the correct location
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including talk time, not ready time, and service level

Incentives and Bonuses

We offer a tiered support bonus system, which rewards you for your performance. The bonus structure is as follows:

  • Level 1: $105
  • Level 2: $150
  • Level 3: $205

We also have an FNOL Incentive Program, which offers high-performers an opportunity to earn more per month. The incentive is calculated daily and paid on the 5th of the following month. Each day where your talk time, not ready time, and service level meet the set standard, you'll earn $10.

Requirements and Qualifications

* 6 months to 1-year previous customer service call center experience required

  • Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free
  • Fully competent with reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches
  • Advanced phone and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent reading skills; must be able to read and follow a script
  • Must be able to analyze and interpret photos to determine damage
  • Must establish an appropriate work environment reputed company their home for work purposes; blithequark provides the necessary computer equipment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with reputed company Teams a plus
