About the Role

We are currently seeking an reputed company and compassionate Customer Service Representative - Alerts/Panics to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

Education and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for experience in a contact center/call center environment.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $16.50 - $34.76, depending on experience and qualifications. As a regular, full-time or part-time employee working 20 or more hours per week, you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including:
