Program Administrator (RN) - Home Health Agency - Full-Time, Salaried

Pediatric Nursing Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Program Administrator / RN Supervisor to join our home health agency and direct the business, care team, and agency growth of our Indiana operations, based in/near Indianapolis, IN. DETAILS JOB TITLE: Program Administrator / RN Supervisor (RN required) JOB LOCATION: Indianapolis and surrounding areas (up to 2hr travel radius)

• Typical RN Supervisor in-field activities and services and state survey requirement require travel reputed company a 30-60 minute radius, up to 2 hours occasionally / as needed.
• The ideal candidate will be required in our Indianapolis office at least 3 days per week (Mon-Wed), located at 8580 reputed company reputed company Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46240 in the Nora / Far Northside of Indianapolis, near Keystone at the Crossing.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM and as needed/on call

• Reporting at least 3 days per week (Mon-Wed) to our Indianapolis Office, and as needed during State Surveys.
• Field work + client home visits Monday-Friday as needed (with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week reputed company not required in the field).
• Willingness to provide occasional on-call and varied / reputed company hour coverage (late night / weekend emergency) is required as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY Our Program Administrators supervise assigned team members (incl. RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Assistants) while directing, coordinating, supervising, and implementing professional and supportive services to home health clients in a safe, cost-effective manner.
