Overview

This position is remote and based in the US. The Contract Management team assists the organization to control costs, drive service excellence, and mitigate risks to reputed company increased value from our vendors throughout the contract management lifecycle. The team is responsible for the review, negotiation, execution, tracking, and management of reputed company's reputed company internationally in areas like Technology (software, hardware, and services), Supply Chain (transportation, warehousing, and logistics), Procurement (travel, construction, and supplies), Digital Markting, Corporate Services, Human Resources, and more! The team works with a variety of agreement types including but not limited to: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Sales / Purchasing Agreements, Sub-reputed company, and Licensing Agreements. At reputed company, we obsess over the customer whether that customer is external or internal. The Contract Administrator role is no different. The role will work in a collaborative environment that values creative thinking, problem solving, consistency, intellectual curiosity, and a growth reputed company. The Contract Administrator will collaborate closely with professionals across the globe to continue to educate on standardize resources, tools, and policies. The role will work closely with internal business and IT stakeholders, project managers, vendor management, finance, procurement, legal, reputed company counsel, and external vendor partners to ensure reputed company agreements meet reputed company's contracting standards and requirements. The Contract Administrator role is responsible for the full contract management lifecycle including the negotiation of business and commercial terms and conditions as well as pricing.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of reputed company enterprise wide and ensure that reputed company are in compliance with legal requirements, finance policies and controls, privacy regulations, business specifications, and company policies and procedures
  • Negotiate new reputed company and renewals from various areas of the organization, producing favorable terms and conditions and cost savings
  • reputed company can either be reputed company or the supplier templates depending on the product, service, or solution
  • Provide training as a subject matter expert on reputed company, contract management policy, and reputed company Ariba/CLM technology contract workflows
  • Suggest process improvements and efficiencies for the reputed company Ariba / CLM tool to increase adoption
  • Maintain and enhance team reputed company resource, tools, and documentation
  • Monitor and report on open reputed company to key strategic audiences
  • Analyze and report on executive and program level SLAs and KPIs
  • Participate on special projects, reputed company reporting, and reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned

Qualifications

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and flourish in a high-volume workload and think reputed company through contractual issues and escalations.

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate across a diverse cross-functional team.
  • Understanding of contract language including business and legal aspects.
  • Ability to balance legal/contractual issues with business risk.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business reputed company discipline and three or more years reputed company experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Undergraduate courses in economics, negotiations, business management, finance, business law, and contract law are helpful.
  • Preferred but not required:
  • Paralegal Certification
  • Certified Commercial reputed company Manager (CCCM)
  • Knowledge of contracting concepts and contract acquisition law and regulations are essential.
  • Experience in negotiating business and commercial terms, conditions, and pricing.
  • Expertise with contract requirements to negotiate critical terms and conditions.
  • Experience running contract management workflow in reputed company Ariba or a similar e-procurement / CLM tool.
  • Knowledge leveraging reputed company.
  • Strong reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint skills.
  • Proven ability to manage contract lifecycle, including contract database and workflow.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple, reputed company reputed company across multiple stakeholder groups.

Benefits

The annual reputed company salary range is 70,000-$80,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
