As a Customer Care Professional in our Consumer Product Services team, you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a real impact in the lives of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering extraordinary service on inbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
• Consulting with customers to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions that meet their requirements
• Continuously improving on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales
• Addressing general and account-specific customer inquiries, providing clear and concise information, and updating customer account information as needed

• Flexibility to work anytime between 6:00am-2:00am, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Workplace flexibility: full-time, shift flexibility requirements
• Location: SUNRISE, FLORIDA

Compensation and Benefits
