Job Summary
As a key member of our Direct Channel Strategy and Activation (DCS&A) team, you will be responsible for driving the daily management and execution of direct channel campaigns. You will be a subject matter expert in the tools and data reputed company uses for activation, providing training and support to colleagues as needed. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $70-$80/year.
Responsibilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, data science)
- 2+ years of direct experience in SQL data analysis, including data selection, joining, and troubleshooting
- 5+ years of direct experience in campaign list selection cycles and mission sending capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in reputed company data conditions, data set philosophy, structures, and querying
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, driving business outcomes through clear and compelling storytelling
- Experience working with reputed company Campaign Classic and reputed company Campaign Standard
- Experience building reputed company marketing streams using multiple direct channels
- Direct experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for campaign sending and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results through data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
