• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, approximately 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment.

• Engage clients with enthusiasm and energy, building relationships and providing personalized support to address their concerns.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be at least 18 years old and hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Be able to configure your computer to a modem with minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload), with a private and dedicated workspace free from distractions and noise.
