Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with external clients, providing strategic and technical support to review customer cases connected with blithequark systems and projects. You will be responsible for giving the procedure to review business applications and cloud services for consistency with our policies and researching application integration issues with APIs, enterprise clients, and blithequark services. Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage integration projects with a set of third-party applications and service provider integrators that need to be integrated into the blithequark Purchase with Prime seller offerings
  • Work with third-party partners to set and meet milestones to deliver high-quality integration projects on a regular basis
  • Manage a team of technical account managers directly reporting to you in various areas, such as authentication, escalation handling, and career development objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients/teams to define requirements, test data reputed company, verify business processes, and deliver product offerings
  • Partner to offer technical support to the development, PM, and SA teams on documentation, verification best practices, reputed company risks, troubleshooting, and testing

In this role, you will work intimately with a team of technical account managers, internal product, and development management, and a wide range of reputed company and enterprise clients to deliver high-quality, performant, and business-critical solutions. Essential Qualifications

  • BA in computer science or a relevant technical degree is required
  • SME status in at least one service (cloud computing, APIs, Integration testing) and understanding of the architecture and operational boundaries of third-party applications, sufficient to manage escalations effectively
  • Experience with operational boundaries and troubleshooting for the following: reputed company/Application Development in a distributed systems environment
  • Internal project or external client-facing experience as a technical reputed company
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks among evolving needs, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently
  • Data-driven and demonstrates good working knowledge of metrics, KPIs, and SLAs and puts them into practice in delivering results
  • Experience managing remote teams with diverse backgrounds and reputed company sets
