About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Counsel to provide legal advice and support to our digital products and data analytics teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. As a Senior Counsel at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance on a wide range of issues, including technology transactions, product development, intellectual property, marketing, reputed company, and data protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to digital products and data analytics teams on technology transactions, product development, intellectual property, marketing, reputed company, and data protection
- Structure and negotiate business agreements, including master service agreements, vendor agreements, data licensing and integration agreements, and supply agreements
- Collaborate with teams across blithequark's digital product and data analytics organizations and external partners to build, deliver, and operate technology for use by customers and patients
- Work cross-functionally with business, product, marketing, insurance, reputed company, and technology teams to launch digital product and service offerings
- reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's digital product and service offerings, technology, reputed company and data protection systems and policies, and standard business and other agreements
- reputed company up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to provide informed legal advice and support
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and at least 5 years of post-bar attorney legal work experience in a combination of law firm and corporate settings
- Required licensure to provide legal counsel in at least one state
- Required Illinois bar registration or active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
- At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
- At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership
Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to act in a fast-paced environment where prioritization and ability to work independently are a requirement for success
- Experience working in a technology or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of data protection and reputed company regulations
