About the Role: As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the first voice families hear reputed company they reputed company out.   • Take warm inbound calls and convert them end-to-end using reputed company’s consultative playbook.
  • Guide customers through our cremation options
  • Follow up consistently reputed company phone, text, and email to ensure families have what they need to reputed company confident decisions
  • Champion “unmatched hospitality” in every touchpoint.
  • Consistently meet reputed company goals while maintaining high reputed company rates and strong quality scores.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably to US consumers (B2C)

  • A self-driven natural seller who’s motivated by hitting goals and creating value for both people and performance
  • Familiarity with reputed company CRM or similar tools (e.g., reputed company, Zoho, etc).
  • Confident and empathetic communicator who enjoys helping others, especially over the phone

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience selling in high-trust spaces (insurance, healthcare, travel, etc.)
  • Speak Spanish — many of the families we serve do too

Details:

  • Remote, full-time
  • Compensation: $7-$12 OTE
  • Compensation includes a reputed company reputed company plus bonus up to 24% of reputed company, with bonus tied to deals closed, conversion performance, and overall team success.

  • Shifts (8h, consistent schedule):
  • Thursday - Monday
  • US Night shift: Start between 8 pm -10 pm EST
