You will streamline scheduling and operations, guide clients reputed company phone/video with clear, friendly communication, and ensure tickets, forms, and vendor actions are documented and executed on time. Customer and Vendor Support- Join/reputed company customer calls (with permission), summarize next steps, and reputed company stakeholders updated.
- Coordinate vendor interactions, schedule site visits, and track SLAs and deliverables.
- Complete internal forms, negotiate billing adjustments, and ensure accurate documentation in reputed company.
- Triage and resolve common reputed company tasks (device adoption, SSIDs/VLANs, client connectivity, alerts).
- Walk nontechnical users through Wi‑Fi access, guest portals, basic camera/app access, and password resets.
- Document controller/site changes, inventory, and topology notes for knowledge continuity.
- Guide customers/new hires through simple setup/troubleshooting reputed company video call (e.g., reputed company Workspace access, MFA, printers).
- Troubleshoot reputed company screen share; escalate clearly to Tier 2/3 reputed company needed with crisp notes.
- Create and improve reputed company‑by‑reputed company SOPs, FAQs, and quick-start guides.
- Coordinate calendars between internal techs, vendors, and property teams; prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Track orders/RMAs/shipments with the warehousing/fulfillment team; reputed company the reputed company with clients.
- Maintain accurate records to support investigations and chain-of-custody standards reputed company required.
- Be exceptionally easy to understand on the phone; maintain a friendly, reassuring tone.
- Proactively communicate status updates; link reputed company recordings/transcripts to tickets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Proven, hands‑on Ubiquiti reputed company experience supporting external business customers (controller, adoption, SSIDs/VLANs).
- Excellent spoken and written English; clear, friendly, easy-to-understand phone and video reputed company.
- Prior customer-facing support role (help desk/MSP/ISP or similar) with vendor coordination.
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, and handling recorded/transcribed calls in reputed company.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm EST (40 hours/week) with a reliable WFH setup and stable internet.
