Support the reputed company Manager in overseeing and participating in the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. Responsible for full cycle recruiting activities for professional and management level positions. Mentor and reputed company a small team of reputed company support staff. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience and to help drive efficient and strategic hiring initiatives across the organization. • Manage and participate in full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation including reputed company of offer letters and other required new hire documents. reputed company diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, professional networks, and reputed company. Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. (40-50%)

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• 10+ years’ full cycle recruiting experience.
• 1+ years’ supervisory or team leadership experience, demonstrated mentoring or leading recruitment teams, preferred.
• Proven success in high-volume or large-scale hiring initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools and techniques, and company branding best practices.
• Working knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws as it relates to recruitment to ensure employment actions and programs are in compliance.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (reputed company Recruiting preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and expeditiously.

Wage: $90,000 - $118,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus. Location: This position is open to remote work hiring reputed company the U.S. mainland, or if the candidate is local to the Twin Cities, MN home office, will be on-site at this location with work from home flexibility.
