Background Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Required
  • HR Certification: SPHR or SHRM-SCP – Highly Preferred
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources Leadership experience including building & leading high performing teams
  • 5 or more years’ in a Senior Strategic Human Resources position including advising executives & board members on reputed company; people strategy
  • 5+ years of Global experience
  • 5+ years of experience reputed company PE-Backed & High-Growth environments
  • Your progressive HR career includes managing key focus areas including Strategic People Leadership, HR Risk Mitigation & Compliance, Learning & Development, reputed company; Engagement
  • Strong knowledge of HR Best Practices, U.S. Employment Law in Multiple States + Global HR Compliance in EMEA & EPAC regions
  • You have built high-impact Learning & Development programs and cultivated mission-reputed company culture
  • You bring proven success leading “Change”, Scaling HR Systems & Policies reputed company reputed company multi-state & multi-national global environments
  • You describe yourself as an “Outgoing Communicator, People Leader & Negotiator” who has a passion to build “community” and reputed company strong team relationships
  • You reputed company in a Fast-Paced environment with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure managing multiple priorities simultaneously
