Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a foundational level of education and a commitment to personal and professional development.
• Must be 18 years of age or older, ensuring maturity and stability in handling reputed company customer service interactions.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer concerns, showcasing a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
