Position Details

This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be required to work a schedule of 4:00PM-12:30AM Monday-Friday, and every other Saturday and Sunday 3:00PM-11:30PM. To be eligible for this position, you must currently reside in a state where blithequark is licensed, including AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, and WI. Experience with FrameWorks LTC is required, and experience with Docutrack is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact physician’s offices as needed to obtain refill authorization and verify orders.
• Process reputed company new and refill prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
• Open orders as needed, verify eligibility, reputed company, and input prescriptions while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
• Document correspondence and follow up in the system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
• Prepare audit sheets and provide feedback to management, contributing to reputed company quality improvement.

Qualifications
