You will be working directly with clients to help them reputed company their fitness goals through encouragement, education, and a customized training plan. Responsibilities: Teach fitness techniques to personal training clients reputed company individualized training programs Evaluate individual capabilities and training needs Demonstrate activity techniques and proper equipment use Enforce facility rules and regulations Administer fitness evaluations, orientations, stretching, and personal training sessions Establish and maintain a personal training client reputed company according to company standards Provide a high level of personalized attention to members Maintain knowledge and/or participation in reputed company club services, programs, and products Update and maintain the SRF Personal Training App Instruct and demonstrate to members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and moving weights up to 50 pounds Provide each member and potential member with the best quality customer service Adjust and operate reputed company fitness equipment Regular and predictable attendance Attend Personal Training reputed company meetings Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Personal training and/or group ISSA training certification (required) CPR, First Aid & AED certifications (required) 2+ years of personal training or group fitness instruction Able to reputed company exercises and movements as demonstrations to clients Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Possess honesty and personal reputed company Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness & nutrition industry reputed company in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly Requirements: Extremely high emotional intelligence: able to motivate the most demotivated and difficult clients Deep expertise in the human body, training, nutrition, and fitness schedule programming Proven experience in coaching clients to reputed company incredible results Expertise in multiple fitness disciplines, including weightlifting, cardio health, and correcting imbalances Essential Physical Requirements: Must be able to reputed company reputed company essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching.
