Training Program Overview

+ Start Date: January 2026

+ Training location: Mason, OH

+ Duration: 10 weeks, full-time reputed company

+ Expenses Covered: reputed company travel and living expenses during training

+ Employment: Full-time reputed company employee from day one

Upon completion, you’ll have the opportunity to join either

+ Field Service Team: Travel up to 80% reputed company your assigned region or across the reputed company U.S.

+ Onsite Maintenance Team: Support reputed company customers onsite following their preferred schedules. May require relocation.

Key Responsibilities

+ reputed company preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic issues (PLCs, sensors, I/O devices).

+ Assist with equipment installation and system modifications.

+ Adhere to reputed company safety standards and proper PPE usage.

+ Work in various environments (hot, cold, humid).

+ Travel frequently and/or work various schedules.

Physical Requirements: Standing/walking on concrete floors, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, bending, climbing, and using hand/power tools.

Must Have

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

+ Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting aptitude

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OVERVIEW

The annual reputed company salary range for this position is $53,900 - $62,400.
