About The Role A Finance Analyst in the Finance Leadership Development Program will reputed company entry-level finance assignments and reputed company knowledge of Caterpillar’s procedures, philosophy, customers, dealers, organization, and financial practices. What You Will Do Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Our Finance Professionals deliver a wide range of financial management directions and services to a variety of business partners including suppliers, subsidiaries, business units, dealers, and customers.
• The Finance Analyst role will allow you opportunities in a variety of finance-reputed company areas.
• Managing multi-currency cash flows.
• Managing foreign exchange/commodity risk.
• Execute an investment strategy for our multi-billion-dollar retirement fund.
• Analyze the financial strength of suppliers and work with our worldwide dealers to improve their financial results.

Required Qualifications What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following degree programs: Finance, Economics or other Business or Technology major with a minimum 18 hours of Finance courses.
• Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (both Finance GPA & Cumulative GPA).
• Candidates must complete their degree before the hire date.

• This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience in this field (excluding internships)
