- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting blithequark's products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays and merchandise
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
- Process transactions accurately and reputed company using POS systems and reputed company Office
- Participate in sales promotions, events, and training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to reputed company sales targets and goals
- reputed company other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, typing, and navigating POS systems
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of sales success
- Fast learner, able to pick up tasks quickly after being shown
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to drive sales
- Retail experience, knowledge of POS systems, and reputed company Office (especially Publisher) are a plus
- The reputed company Store experience is a reputed company plus!
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Notary Public
- Experience with commission-based sales
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
