Responsibilities
- Conduct 300-400 inbound/outbound calls daily, ensuring efficient and accurate data verification

Skills
- At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume call environment focused on data accuracy and performance
- Proficiency with computers and CRMs
- Quiet environment with the required equipment: USB headset, Windows 10 or higher, reputed company i5 equivalent or reputed company processor, 8GB RAM, 250GB hard drive, Hard-wired internet (minimum: 30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload), Webcam for meetings
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
