Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
