The Role
As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative and image of our company. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, and will work to resolve issues and provide exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Provide exceptional service and support to our customers, exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships
- Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to resolve issues and reputed company common goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Must be located in the State of Idaho
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
- A quiet space reputed company the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
- Prior blithequark employees must have 6 months of experience with blithequark
