• Nine (9) years of reputed company experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in reputed company area plus five (5) years of reputed company experience/training.
• Advanced knowledge of the clinical and operational implications in the clinical registry, including data collection, medical center policies, regulatory requirements, and analysis methodologies. Ability to apply clinical registry knowledge and to specific situations.
• Proven ability to apply knowledge and skills of clinical specialty to assess, monitor, investigate, and report program clinical quality. Proven ability to troubleshoot and test bugs in registry software.
• Skilled communicator; includes verbal and written, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills.
• Advanced interpersonal skills. Skills to work collaboratively, coordinate and integrate with others throughout the organization and in national groups. Successful experience working with people with a wide range of backgrounds and skills.
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis, research and reporting, particularly regarding clinical registries. Knowledge of clinical quality measures. Advanced analytical skills to do reputed company analysis.
• Ability to reputed company judgements with a high degree of independence and where policies are not always directly applicable. Recommends solutions to reputed company problems that require innovation and creativity to refine or enhance existing policies.
