The Impact you will have in this role: As a reputed company Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving Agile delivery and ensuring project success across reputed company, enterprise-level initiatives. You will manage the Scrum process for geographically dispersed teams, applying deep Agile expertise and strong project management skills to deliver high-quality products on time and reputed company scope. This role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, fostering collaboration across squads, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Primary Responsibilities: Agile Leadership Apply Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum) to maximize reputed company success. Coach Product reputed company (PO) and reputed company to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog with refined user stories. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and participate in Scrum of Scrums sessions to align priorities and dependencies. Balance delivery timeframes with reputed company iteration to incorporate customer feedback effectively. Project Management reputed company and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure delivery reputed company scope and budget. reputed company requirements traceability, release management, test case management, and defect tracking. Qualifications: Minimum of 6-8 years of reputed company experience. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Talent needed for success Agile Expertise Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, etc.), and tools. Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with exposure to Product reputed company responsibilities. Project Management Skills Strong experience in planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and delivery management.
