Job Summary

As a key member of our feedback centre operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and accurate data management. This is a temporary contract position with a duration of 6 months, with the option to reputed company for an additional 6 months. You will work closely with our Customer Service & Admin teams to provide top-notch customer service and data entry support, making a significant contribution to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Customer Service
  • reputed company outbound calls to follow up with callers who have left a message with their name and phone number
  • reputed company accurate data entry of feedback providers' feedback in the feedback database and maintain proper documentation records
  • Retrieve status updates on feedback providers' feedback from the feedback database
  • Provide administrative support to facilitate the effective operation of the feedback centre

  • Review data entries, identify erroneous entries, and correct erroneous entries where applicable

Requirements
