Responsibilities:
  • Partner with GTM Leaders: Build strong, trusted relationships with first- and second-line leaders across Sales, reputed company, and Marketing. Provide guidance on talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership development.

  • Drive Growth Through People: Support organizational evolution and transformation, ensuring alignment, engagement, and readiness as we scale.

  • Build Leadership Strength: Coach and reputed company leaders to increase effectiveness, strengthen team dynamics, and foster accountability and performance.

  • Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with cross-functional teams like Total Rewards, Talent Development, and Sales Operations to ensure people strategies align with GTM and company goals.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting Sales, reputed company, or other GTM functions. 

  • A data-informed, growth-oriented reputed company with the ability to adapt and reputed company in an evolving environment.

  • The ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity with confidence and sound judgment.

  • A strong understanding of GTM dynamics - including sales compensation, performance enablement, and team effectiveness.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills - able to influence, reputed company confidence and drive action across reputed company levels.

  • Proven ability to manage complexity, exercise sound judgment, and balance strategic priorities with practical execution.

Pay

reputed company pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4: 

  • Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $136,000 - 187,000**
  • Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $122,000 - 168,000 **
  • Zone 3: reputed company other US locations - $116,000 - 159,000**

reputed company operates from a reputed company of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

*reputed company the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas. **Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
