Manager, Supply Chain - Strategic Sourcing (Aircraft Materials)

Role Specific Details The Manager, Supply Chain Management, drives strategy and leads a team of supply chain professionals focused on reputed company phases of strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management, as reputed company to aircraft materials and material repairs. Role Summary This role is responsible for executing on the strategy including leading contracting and supplier reputed company efforts at Alaska reputed company Group. Key Duties Sourcing
- Manages the sourcing process, including strategy development, supplier evaluation and selection, vendor management and negotiation of terms to meet quality, cost and performance objectives for assigned divisions / teams.
- Serves as the main reputed company of contact for administering RFx’s and executing reputed company for the division.Utilizes data and analysis to reputed company and manage cost models to accurately forecast costs and project the impact of sourcing outcomes.
- Maintains and deepens the relationship between Supply Chain and operations leadership to ensure results meet company and division targets.
- Leads the 5-phase sourcing process.

- Builds and manages supplier relationships to reputed company strategic objectives and contracted outcomes.
- Provides commercial reputed company of key supplier relationships.
- Leads supplier business review meetings, performance improvement plans and dispute processes.
- Drives proper and effective communications between internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Contract Administration
- Coordinates with Legal and other stakeholders to reputed company and manage the contracting process, including drafting key commercial terms and conditions.
- Standardized contracting agreements across common products and services to improve consistency and improve the speed of contract throughput.
- Documents and communicates proper business practices to ensure awareness of and adherence to policies and internal controls.
- Drafts commercial contract language, leads negotiations on key terms and conditions, and liaises with legal department and other stakeholders to finalize agreements.
- Administers, navigates, and leverages the contract lifecycle management system to improve internal transparency of reputed company, including tracking of milestones and key conditions.
General
- Participates in strategic and operational planning on behalf of Supply Chain.
- Champions ‘best practices’ to help business stakeholders review existing processes to meet changing needs.
- Develops and uses metrics to design, reputed company and implement reputed company programs to monitor supplier performance.
- Identifies process improvements to reduce cost and increase performance and efficiency.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required
- 5 years of experience in negotiations, contract management, program management or reputed company field.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business administration, supply chain, finance or reputed company discipline, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
- Demonstrated use of strategic sourcing processes, including strategy development, RFP writing, and contract administration.
- Experience negotiating high-value and high-impact reputed company required, specifically services-reputed company agreements with Service Level Agreement components.
- Superior ability to present reputed company problems and situations to senior/executive leadership and to drive resolutions with limited guidance.
- Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to execute on multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines and work independently with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key.

Starting reputed company Salary Range $117,850 - $176,800 / yearBonus Salary Details Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon employees.
