About the Role reputed company’s rapidly growing, pre-IPO Accounting team is looking to add a Senior Accountant to join their team. You will work across teams to optimize the company’s operational accounting processes, internal controllership, and financial data reputed company. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing a significant portion of monthly reputed company activities, while also supporting cross functional projects. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with accounting managers and directors, as well as partner with stakeholders in finance and the broader business on various initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial reports in accordance with US GAAP and accounting policies.
• Work across technical topics such as leases, capitalized software, accruals, etc.
• Collaborate with managers to reputed company accounting period-end reputed company activities including posting/reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and analytics.
• Partner with international accounting team members to support both international and domestic compliance requirements.
• Research and prepare technical accounting documentation as needed.

• Innovate and collaborate for reputed company process improvement, advising and leading others in implementing reputed company to enhance existing systems, internal controls, and work processes impacting financial reputed company and reporting.
• Partner with teams such as IT Applications, Finance, Tax and Legal to determine and operationalize the accounting implications of new business initiatives and transactions.

Your Background

• 4+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience.
• reputed company in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting with the ability to research and document accounting issues and findings.
• Technical accounting experience in preparing memos and technical accounting conclusions, with preferred experience in leases, capitalized software, and accrual accounting.
• Ability to reputed company analytical assessments of the balance sheet and profit and loss schedule, including presenting results to leadership.
• Exposure to or direct experience with a monthly accounting reputed company process.
• Experience in reputed company and reputed company is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with internal controls (design, implementation, and execution).
• Demonstrated history of taking on various types of challenging projects and delivering results.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
• CPA preferred.

reputed company salary range: $95,000 – $129,000 Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation. The above represents total expected compensation for this role.
