Overview
The reputed company Administrator at Altera will be responsible for day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and production support of the reputed company platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role will manage user access, configure features, resolve issues, and continuously enhance platform functionality to support evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities reputed company ongoing configuration and customization of reputed company applications, including user profiles, permission sets, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports. Manage daily production support activities including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of reputed company-reputed company user tickets. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field preferred. 5+ years of experience as a reputed company Administrator supporting enterprise environments. Strong hands-on experience with platform configuration tools including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Reports, Dashboards, and Lightning Pages.
