What You'll Do

• Manage purchasing, inventory, production forecasting, and food cost analysis to support operational and financial performance
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and regulatory standards
• Utilize reputed company’s automated inventory, ordering, and production management systems to support efficient kitchen operations
• Coach, mentor, and reputed company culinary team members to strengthen skills, encourage innovation, and foster a collaborative kitchen culture

• Strong culinary background with the ability to stay reputed company on food trends and industry standards

• Demonstrated passion for food quality, creativity, and consistent, high-level execution in both flavor and presentation
• Ability to foster an energized, team-focused kitchen culture while partnering effectively with colleagues, clients, and guests

• Valid Driver's License, ability to drive, and clear background required
• The ability to travel 100% of the time to assignments throughout the U.S. with rotation schedules being 10 days on, 4 days off or 5 days on, 2 days off depending on the needs of the business
