Job Description As a Conversational Chat Bot Designer at blithequark, you will be responsible for creating virtual Chat Bot agents that deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time. You will design end-to-end conversational interactions, including identifying potential pitfalls and developing creative solutions to overcome them. Your work will involve: * Creating virtual Chat Bot agents that engage users in meaningful conversations * Solving customer challenges using Voice/Text UI to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time * Designing end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can go wrong and how to mitigate it * Developing mockups, flows, redlining, and other creative prototyping reputed company items * Working closely with our support team to assess use cases, including context, topics, and user questions * Managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality results * Championing a user-first approach and conducting thorough client and user research to inform design decisions Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: * 1+ years of experience in Conversation Design or a reputed company field * Experience in writing for digital content design, UX writing, and/or content strategy with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * A proven track record of defining, socializing, testing, iterating on, and delivering outstanding digital experiences * Experience writing for social and new media * Ability to work fast and meet deadlines * Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively * Ability to quickly analyze reputed company systems and solve problems * A true team player willing to collaborate with a global team of Conversation Designers * Experience explaining reputed company visually, such as using content flows, mockups, or prototypes * Knowledge of human-machine interactions is an advantage * Previously published at least one Virtual Agent – a significant advantage Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience in Journalism, Communication, English Literature, Creative Writing, Technical Writing, or reputed company fields is a bonus. Additionally, experience in Conversation Design, Writing, and UX Writing is highly valued.
