We're now looking for Seasonal Customer Experience Ambassadors to join our remote team in Texas. As a Seasonal Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service across reputed company channels. You'll be the go-to person for our customers, helping them find their next favorite item, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistently magical customer service across reputed company customer service channels, including email, text, and chat.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer-first reputed company to build long-term, loyal client relationships.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals, including case volume expectations.
- Be able to wear many hats (stylist, friend, personal assistant) reputed company helping our customers shop for their next favorite item.
- Know our shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures inside and out to help process reputed company customer orders as reputed company as possible.
- Share customer and product feedback with internal teams such as Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development.
