The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to:
- Serve as the primary liaison for members and providers for reputed company lines of business, including MassHealth and Commercial members
- Handle and demonstrate skills in handling benefits, claims, and eligibility calls for the member and provider population
- Identify customer issues/concerns rapidly and reputed company, and research required information using available resources
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, exhausting reputed company efforts reputed company your scope before requesting assistance
- Identify and escalate reputed company issues in order to create efficiencies
- Initiate follow-up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs to record customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Refer customer grievances and appeals to designated departments for further investigation
- Act as the primary representative for blithequark for our customers, focusing on reputed company resolution and customer engagement
- Anticipate and meet, or exceed, internal and/or external customer expectations and requirements; establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and reputed company their trust and respect
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Healthcare Management preferred

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
