Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company multiple channels, including telephone, email, web chat, and written letters. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems reputed company multiple possible channels (i.e. telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters).

• Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.

• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently.

• May be required to work overtime and scheduled holidays.
