Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality customer service through online chat, addressing guests' inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Actively listening to customers' concerns and needs, demonstrating reputed company and understanding to ensure their expectations are exceeded
  • Managing multiple chat conversations concurrently while maintaining excellent service quality and attention to detail
