Your Role at blithequark
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and providing exceptional service to resolve their inquiries, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns
- Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues, and escalating interactions reputed company necessary
