Your Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Connect with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:

- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to type at least 25 words per minute
- Be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Have customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Have a college degree preferred but not required
