About the Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations and Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints, including airport lots, rental and return processes, and loyalty customer services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with rental and return processes, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing information on our loyalty programs
• Processing transactions and entering data into handheld devices
• Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work reputed company shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lots and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
