Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is friendly, polite, and expert
- Manage production flow to ensure reputed company orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Take customer orders, provide pricing information, and recommend reputed company Office products and services
- Operate reputed company equipment, including digital imaging and finishing services, to produce high-quality prints and other products
- Set up and manage large job production, including coordinating with team members and ensuring timely completion
- Ensure quality control throughout the production process, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of orders and resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members on an assigned shift, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed
- Assist in the training of new team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them reputed company their skills
- Operate the reputed company of Sale terminal, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, and maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and report regularly to work and maintain established business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction

Compensation and Benefits:
