Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, running the register, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, fun environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing product information
• Operating the cash register, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
• Working with our food program, including preparing and serving food items
• Maintaining store appearance, including cleaning, restocking, and merchandising
• Providing fast and friendly service to customers, both in-store and on the phone
• Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company daily goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and friendly manner
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash, operate a cash register, and reputed company basic calculations
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting, bending, and reaching
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development
