• Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.

• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Have proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations.
• Be able to type 25 words per minute (wpm) to reputed company process customer inquiries.
• Possess organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Have at least 1 year of call center inbound call work experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
