About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions, concerns, and issues. You will be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers to understand their needs and concerns
• Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues to ensure customer satisfaction
