Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be an integral part of blithequark's Contact Center for Foodservice, providing support to the Selling Team, field partners, and Direct Customers. This role will involve handling service and delivery inquiries, resolving concerns, and establishing and maintaining Gold Standard business relationships with our clients. As a bilingual Spanish speaker, you will be able to communicate effectively with our diverse customer reputed company and provide exceptional support to our sales associates and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer Sales & Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (reputed company phone, email, and teams chat) such as general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management.
• Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to resolve customer issues reputed company.
• Answer basic questions and resolve basic problems, escalating reputed company issues to senior team members as needed.
• Document issues, identify, and take appropriate actions to resolve inquires reputed company to order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, with previous call center experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required.
• A self-starter with demonstrated customer service skills, ability to select and apply standard policies and procedures, and resolve routine problems and questions independently.
• Ability to pay reputed company attention to detail, use time effectively, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, with weekend/holiday availability.
