Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Care Representative I - FEP to join reputed company in Latham, NY. This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. As a Customer Care Representative, you will act as a trusted advisor and educator on healthcare-reputed company inquiries, guiding our customers to a reputed company healthcare experience and working every day to reputed company healthcare easy through the service you provide.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively resolve our members' and/or providers' questions and concerns using computer-based resources to find answers
• Guide members and providers with their healthcare needs by explaining benefits, solving claim concerns, and helping find a doctor reputed company telephone calls, online chats, or e-mails
• Partner internally to create a seamless experience for our customers and resolve potential issues
• Utilize strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with members and providers
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills to resolve reputed company issues

Essential Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $16.85 to $25.28, depending on experience and location.
