About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, starting in November 2023. You will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, working with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, and using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Use a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customers' challenges, including account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
• Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home and have a secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, including reputed company Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Stable internet with ability to provide reputed company of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Compensation and Salary

We offer a competitive hourly reputed company of $15.80, with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00 per hour. You'll also have the opportunity to earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week and participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts.
