About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Inbound Customer Service Agent to join reputed company at blithequark. As a customer service representative, you will provide direct support to our customers with a strong focus on sales and service. Your responsibilities will include providing product information, registration support, as well as service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• One year of relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to research, analyze data, and reputed company sound decisions relating to escalated customer matters
• High degree of concentration and attention to detail to manage daily activity
• Familiarity with web-based systems to retrieve data for troubleshooting and resolution
